How to keep you stay fit and healthy?

It’s the things you do each day that add up to being healthy and fit. Everyone is health conscious, but lazy to continue with the life styles which gives us good health. There are many elements to a healthy lifestyle. Little effort will be the path to reach it. Few tips below can be used as a guide to the journey.

 

·         Drink Plenty of water


Drink plenty of water to keep our body hydrated. It’s very essential to keep our body system function smoothly and flush the toxins out of our body. It is the most natural cleanser for our organs and digestive system. Plenty of water helps weight loss, improves skin tone and just good for you. Drinking water keeps you young. So add at least one more glass a day to what you already drink.

·         Do not skip Breakfast

If you want to stay healthy, do not skip your Breakfast. People think that skipping breakfast will help to reduce weight. But it’s proven that skipping this meal will actually gain weight. From the name itself, it is breaking the fast and gives us the fuel and energy needed to get going.


              ·         Exercise Regularly


                           Difficult part of staying fit, or we are so lazy to even
                           think  about this part. But, Exercise should be a part of
                           everyday. It is important to keep our Heart and lungs
                           strong. It’s not necessary to go to a Gym and workout
                           everyday but an early morning brisk walk also
                           helps. Studies proven that exercising or
                           walking socially will give better rresults than doing
                           it alone. The more you enjoy your exercise     
                                                     the more likely you are to stick to it.Plan
                                                         your exercise and monitor the activty.

·         Eat Healthy

To stay fit and slim it’s necessary to plan the meal you eat. It should be balanced and should provide body with good nutrition. Vegetables and Fruits should be your friends and it’s healthier. So add as much as Vegetables, fruits and whole grains to your meal. An apple day keeps a doctor away. But not just apple, a banana, peer or grape, eating fruits is the first habit to keep healthy. Eat balanced meal and do not overeat.

·         Sleep



A key way to maintain a healthy weight is also getting enough sleep. Sleep allows our body to heal, repair and rejuvenate itself. Average person needs 7-8 hours of sleep. But some need a little more and some need less. But it is important that we should get proper sleep to feel better.


·         Reduce Stress

In this fast living world everyone tend to be in stress most of the times. It can cause many problems such as heart trouble, digestive problems and many more. Most of them don’t know what to do with it. Thinking healthy, do what you love, enjoying the nature, hobbies etc. all helps to reduce the harmful effects of stress on your body. Take breaks from your work and surround with people who support you. Talk about your feelings to your loved ones or write it down to reduce the mental and emotional stress.

·         Kick Your Bad habits

There are bad habits which need to be quit and to reduce. Categories it and find out the unhealthy addictions and quit them. Some habits might not be so bad, but can become a problem if gone too far. Make it once in a while basis to make it healthy.
