How to get Soft Hair Naturally?

Soft and Silky hair is a dream of everyone: all of us want our hair to be the most beautiful among the others.

But to fulfill this dream we need to take good care of your hair and pamper them a lot.
Before we go on to discuss the remedies, it is important to know the potential causes behind having rough hair; here are the top ones:
·         Poor nutrition.
·         Loss of moisture on account of environmental factors.
·         Thermal damages to hair due to excessive use of styling products and heating appliances.
·         Lack of proper hair-care routine.
·         Hair damages due to chlorine, sun and chemical treatments.
Naturally, rough hair tends to be dry and lifeless. However, prevention is always better that cure and hence, try to make amends in our day-to-day life if we think the root-cause of having rough hair lies in any of the above-mentioned points.
Try the following simple tips at home before buying all the expensive products available in the market with high claims to be the best –
Massage the scalp and hair with warm oil, preferably infused with hair-friendly herbs such as aloe, arnica, birch, burdock, catmint, chamomile, henna, horsetail, licorice, marigold, nettles, parsley, rosemary, sage, southernwood, stinging nettle, psoralea seeds, and mulberries. Massaging your head creates a soothing experience for our body and mind and helps the hair to grow. Massaging does a variety of good things for our hair like smoothing our hair, making it more manageable, spreads the natural oils of the hair, increasing hair luster and vibrancy and more.
Make sure that our hair is completely dry before going out into the sun. The UV rays from the sun damage our hair even more when it is wet. Try not to put our hair in chlorinated water to often. Chlorine can damage our hair as well as discoloring it.
Try to not overexpose our hair to the curling iron, blow dryer, straightening iron, etc. These items heat up the hair and dry it out. If we have to use them then try applying a conditioner that helps protect the hair before doing so.
Limit the amount of hair products that we use like hair sprays, mousse and gels. We can easily get product build up in our hair. When choosing a shampoo, choose one with a pH balance of 7. Other shampoos will over time strip our hair of its natural balance. Never pull or stretch the hair, especially when it is wet.

Condition our hair regularly. Using hot oil treatments or other deep conditioning treatments on a weekly basis will help to keep it in great condition. Drink plenty of water. Water is good for our body from the inside out. Drinking water is the best way to remove imperfections from our hair and skin. Trim our hair every six to eight weeks to remove the split ends and help maintain frizz free hair.
After shampooing hair rinse the hair in the coldest water that we can to help lock in the moisture. Cold water helps close the cuticles and keep our color in so it last longer and will be shiner as well. Try using a spray-on or leave-in conditioner after we wash our hair. They really work great at smoothing out our hair and helping detangle it.
I hope these tips helps in finding the most gorgeous hair that we can possibly have. We all want to have the shiniest and healthiest hair around so taking the best care of it is essential for helping it look its best. Good Luck!
