Water:

Just by drinking a healthy amount of water, we can give awesome health benefits and can even dare to throw away our migraine medicine or pain killer. The same water can help us fight aging. The reason is water hydrates us and hydrating helps beat the groggy feeling and makes the skin look its glowing best.
