Get Rid of Dark Circles with these steps

We’ve all been there: We catch a glimpse of ourselves in the mirror and see the eyes of tired person staring back at us. But a full night of shut-eye is not enough to erase those dark circles. It may help diminish the appearance a bit, but to get rid of dark circles for good, consider their source.


Not many people know that apart from their lifestyle habits, the problem behind getting dark circles is also organic.
There are some easy ways to hide and cover dark circles with quick and easy cover up.
Sleep:
Make sure that we get at least seven to eight hours of sleep. In this case, more is always better. This health and beauty tip is often given as a cure for variety of health and beauty disorders. However, it is especially true for people who want to quickly get rid of under eye circles and under eye bags. Insufficient rest and sleep drives blood to our eyes where our skin is much thinner. This result in the dark under eye shadows and circles that is unattractive.
When sleeping use a pillow to make sure that we sleep with our head slightly raised above the rest of our body. This helps to keep the fluids from collecting in our face, which can leads to bags under our eyes when we wake up in the morning.
Diet:
Check that our diet is providing us with proper, eye-friendly nutrition. Dark circles and dark, heavy bags under our eyes are sometimes caused by vitamin deficiencies in our diet and life style. A healthy balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables can help reduce, get rid of and minimize dark circles, shadows and bags under our tired eyes. Also, topical application of vitamin C and other antioxidants can help lighten our complexion and the areas around the eyes. Such vitamin serums can be purchased at our local health food store in the beauty section.
Moisturize:
Moisturize the sensitive, tired eye area with an eye specific lotion formula to help protect it from the elements. The eye area is very sensitive and requires specialized moisturizes to meet its specific moisturizing needs. Various products which provide anti-aging properties can help reduce dark circles and dark bags under our eye.
Natural Remedies:
There are plenty of natural remedies that we will find at home that we can use to get rid of dark circles. Cool cucumber slices, c cotton ball dipped in potato juice, crushed mint leaves, a teaspoon of tomato and lime juice, leaving castor oil overnight and last but not least cool teabags can really help relieve stressed out eyes. The type of tea doesn’t matter, but just a cool tea bag can really make our puffiness and dark circles disappear.

Don’t Stress:
Last but most importantly, stop stressing out. The more we stress, the more it will manifest itself on our skin and the more we will stress and the more….. You get the picture. It’s a various circle and if we don’t stop stressing, we will never see the end.
