Whenever I see the celebrities in TV
or pictures I wonder how they flaunt such flat belly all year around. I think
everyone of us think the same way. Sixty two percent of woman says the body
part they are most self-conscious about is their belly.
A sculpted core and trim tummy can be
attained by incorporating small changes into your day, like holding in your abs
while you walk and adding the right healthy fats to your diet.
Full Body Workout:
Full body
workout is one of the easiest ways to flat belly. Many of us think that only
crunches do the work but that is not the case. Activities such as dancing, running,
tae-bo, swimming, cycling and walking at a good pace will all provide a great
workout.
Mind your Posture:
When you are standing, sitting or walking, try not to slouch
because weak back muscles will affect our tummy. Especially if you spend your work hours sitting
in front of a computer then its best to get a chair which can help you keep the
back straight.
Eat Healthy:
There is no
need to starve to get that bulge-free stomach. Your approach must be a smart
combination of smart eating and exercises that strengthen your core. While
staying clear of fried, junk and sugary foods, you can go for high-fibre foods
such as whole wheat bread and whole grain pastas and low fat dairy products.
- Eat lot of lean Protein
- Eat whole grains
- Eat low fat dairy products
- Eat healthy fats
- Lower your sodium intake
Healthy
Drinks:
It's not just
foods that’ll help you lose weight, but some drinks as well.
Drink lot of
water which will help to flush the toxins out of your body and keep our bowels
moving, both essential for flat belly.
Green tea is
high in polyphenols which successfully dissolves triglycerides and accelerates our body’s metabolism. It also boosts a
person’s endurance level and stamina, thus, providing aid to your body during
extensive workout regimes.
Lemon is rich
in citric acid and this acidic nature of lemon aids weight loss. If you have
plain lemon water juice in the morning, you introduce your system to the acids
and enzymes that would help to keep your digestive tracts healthy and
problem-free.
