Seek Shade: Avoid the sun when its rays are strongest.
Wear Protective Clothing: Cover our skin with tightly woven long sleeved shirts, long pants and wide – brimmed hats.
Even though we need to be careful out in sun light, do not forget that sun is the beast source of Vitamin D. Our bodies make Vitamin D when we are out in sun. Early morning sunlight will be the best for this.
Treat the Skin Gently:
Skin should be treated very gently. Daily cleansing and shaving can take a toll on our skin.
Limit Bath Time:  Hot water and long showers or bath removes oils from our skin .Limit our bath time and use warm rather than hot water.
Avoid Strong sops: Strong soaps and detergents can strip oils from our skin. Instead, choose mild cleansers.
Shave carefully:  To protect and lubricate skin, apply shaving cream or gel before shaving. For the closest shave use a clean, sharp razor. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not against it.
Pat Dry: After washing or bathing, gently pat the skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains in the skin.
