13 ways to be Happier in Life

The purpose of our life is to be happy. It is achievable for all of us. Happiness is indomitable more by our minds than by our circumstances.

The business of being happy requires making a conscious choice. People think being happy will just happen to them someday, if they do this or that right. But it doesn’t - we have to choose it. We choose happiness; we don’t wait for it to choose us.
Happiness can be found. Even in the darkest of the times. If one only remembers to turn on the light.
Make Happiness a priority:
Happiness first, then everything else. If happiness is not at the top of our list then other things will take precedence. If other things take precedence, they may well interfere in our efforts to feel good. We must be totally committed to our well-being. If we make our happiness the highest priority, we will move more quickly towards the very achievable state.
Set Happy Goals:
Make sure we set goals to make us happy. Goals are something we should keep to give us better direction. Our goals should motivates us, Fills with enthusiasm, hope, focus and purpose.
Do things that make us Happy:
Understand what makes us happy. Everyone has unique requirements and what makes one happy may be very different from what makes someone else happy. Do the things that make us happy and do it as often as possible.
Play and Have Fun:
 Don’t take life too seriously. Although we all have responsibilities there is no reason why we can’t approach much of our lives in a playful manner. People who do so will be happier. Finding humor in situation makes us happier. Live and work but do not forget to have fun in life and enjoy it.
 Be curious and appreciate what we have:
Gratitude and appreciation will increase our chances of experiences of happiness. We have thousands of reasons to be thankful. Appreciation increases all interactions. Be grateful for all the good in our life and our good will only increase along with happiness.
Learn to Love Ourselves:
We must love before we can be loved. To love others and to be loved by others is a key component of happiness. Do something nice for ourselves.
Invest time for key relationships:
Happy people spend more time working on and in their relationships. Happy people tend to be more supportive of the other people in their life. Happy people are more generous and altruistic. Keep our relationships strong and healthy and make time to be with each other.
Socialize:
It is important to be in touch with people. Happy people have more and better quality relationships. So as well as working to improve the quality of the relationships it’s also worthwhile working to improve the number of our relationships.
Think Positive:
Weed out unhelpful negative thoughts and plant more positive, optimistic thoughts. This is essentially a skill and like any other skill becomes easier and more effective with practice. Positive thinking is not the best to happen in every moment but, accept that whatever happens is the best for the moment.
Live a healthy Life:
Eat well and keep active. Exercise regularly. Ensure we get adequate sleep and rest. Although not impossible, it’s difficult to be happy if we are constantly sick and not healthy.
Manage our Time and priorities:
Happy people tend to believe they are more in control of their lives. Doing so, they are more likely to take an active approach to solving problems. If something is not quite alright in our life, do something about it. And make sure what we are doing is important. Put first things first.
Control what we can control:
Accept what we can’t control. And learn to wise enough to know the difference. One key way to happiness is cease worrying things which are beyond the power of our will.
Live in Present:
The only moment that we can truly be happy is the present moment. The only moment which we have control is the present moment. So be Happy now. Learn from the past, prepare for the future, and live in the present.
Being happy doesnt mean that everything is perfet.
If you want to be Happy, be… Be so happy that when others look at you they become happy too….
